Raise Your Dimensional Consciousness to Develop Your Soul

What would you do if you were told that you don’t have a soul? What if you were told that you must develop your soul in order for you to live on past this life?
Most of us have been conditioned to believe that we have a soul and that if we live a decent moral life our soul will continue to live on past this life and into the next. Whether it is in the form of Christianity or Buddhism or any number of religious faiths, we have been conditioned to believe that our soul is immortal and will always live on. There is another thought on this that is interesting to say the least.

The thought is that in order for your soul to continue on after this incarnation it must be spiritually developed to the point that it retains its vibrational identity after you die.

That would shed a whole new light on the complacent attitude most people have when it comes to their spirituality and developing their dimensional consciousness. No longer would you be able to delude yourself into believing that because you go to church and are a good person you will live on for all eternity.

No longer could you justify your lack of work on your spirituality. Your daily activities would take on a whole new meaning. Instead of filling your days with meaningless activities and being so caught up in the Matrix that it becomes your only identity, you will begin to explore the endless possibilities your life can have. Your life would take on a renewed sense of meaning and urgency. You will begin to unravel the mysteries of life and see the real beauty and love that can be found in your life.

If you just opened your eyes and did some serious work on yourself.

Imagine that at the point of physical death your soul is absorbed into a large energy melting pot. No longer recognizable from the millions of other lost souls. No longer do you have a soul with a distinct vibration that sets you apart from the masses. You are lost to a vibration of indistinguishable energy patterns. How sad and unnecessary. How lost, and irretrievably non-existent you will become. This is a scenario, which is a real possibility and should not be taken lightly.

Now imagine the opposite. At the point of physical death your spiritually developed soul is free to move on to the higher energy planes and retain its newly evolved spiritual vibrations. Not quite ready to merge with these heavenly energy planes you are able to reincarnate back to the physical plane where the continued work of evolving can take place. You get to continue your journey to reach the ultimate goal of spiritual enlightenment and re-uniting with the One Source, God, Universal Consciousness or the Zero Point Field.

It is difficult to understand, given our limited multi-dimensional consciousness, what the ultimate sacrifice will be for a life devoid of spirituality, however the potential consequences of this lifestyle should be enough to motivate you to explore your spiritual side. It’s time to wake up and get to work on increasing your energy and vibrational levels.

Don’t take for granted that you have an immortal soul.

Your life and eternal existence will ultimately depend on it.

Chakra Meditation

There are many chakras in the body but there are only seven main chakras. These are points in the body that corresponds to a specific area where multiple nerves crisscross. It is believed that through meditating on these specific chakras you can learn to control the energy in your body and experience everything from spontaneous healing to enlightenment. The level of experience and commitment will determine the success and the amount of energy one can develop through Chakra Meditation. The real key is in using proper meditating techniques and concentrating on three main chakras.

1.Root Chakra or Muladhara: This chakra is located at the base of the spine and aids us in our ability to survive and adapt. This area once opened is also considered to give us the stability we need to endure the trials of our everyday lives. When this chakra is blocked it makes us afraid of change but once opened will open us up to the beauty and wondrous opportunities that life has to offer.

3.Navel or Manipura: This chakra is associated with energy and willpower and is located just below the navel. This chakra is the power center of the body and is the release point for pranic energy. Meditating on this chakra will bring great energy can be used to summon great strength.

4.Heart or Anahata: The heart chakra is located in the area directly over the heart and is associated with great kindness and love. Chakra Meditation can have a profound experience and open up your heart to the true undeniable beauty in the universe. This chakra is thought to connect the body mind and spirit.

5.Throat Chakra or Vishuddha: This energy point is located at the base of the skull and is mainly associated with our ability to express ourselves and also has a direct impact on our glandular system. Opening this chakra will also help those that have a difficult time communicating.

6.Brow Chakra or Ajna: The Sixth Chakra. The brow chakra also know as the third eye is considered to be the point at which the conscious and the unconscious knowledge come together to open up our psychic and intuitive abilities. Meditating on the third eye is a favorite among beginning practitioners because of the profound insights one can gain from even marginal success at opening the third eye.

7.Crown Chakra or Sahasrara: The Seventh Chakra. This is thought to be the spiritual chakra where one can find true wisdom and the nature of all understanding can be experienced. This is thought to be the energy point at which true enlightenment and a form of self-realization can occur. Chakra Meditation will produce profound effects and must be approached with caution and knowledge.

The value of opening the chakras can’t be debated. These are energy points in our body that control whether we are healthy or unhealthy. Through the proper meditation techniques we can open our chakras and explore a life that will be both fulfilling and intensely spiritual by nature. So you’ve heard about spoon bending and you’ve heard about other psychic phenomenon that you thought would be great if you could just learn how to do it.

The problem is that most people want to do it for all the wrong reasons and are mislead into thinking that it is something that can be done easily. You can’t easily bend a spoon with just using you’re mind and a few simple tricks. You can’t read someone’s thoughts easily by just following a simple guideline and the willingness to try.

It will take real commitment and a true desire to suspend your self-limiting beliefs and accept in your heart that you are more than you think you are. Regardless of your thoughts about the bible or its teachings this verse in the book of Mathew speaks volumes about the necessity to truly believe in what you are doing and that it is possible. We are only limited by our own belief structure and once we can come to terms with our limitless potential can we bring our beliefs into physical reality.

We all have God given powers to create anything we can conceive but we must never take these for granted and know that the true ingredient for success is gratitude. Worshipping at the altar of any denominational house of worship and giving thanks for all you have is not enough. We must connect at a different level, which includes our thoughts and feelings, and are ultimately fueled by true emotion and intention. Open your heart and mind to the certainty that you can bend the spoon, be grateful for the ability to be able to do this and there is nothing you can’t do.

Meditation calms the mind and relaxes the body dissolving built up tension and anxiety the body stores. As our powers of concentration increase we learn to control the multitudes of thoughts that flood our minds and halt the growth of awakening our higher levels of consciousness. It is these very thoughts, which separate us from the lower life forms that will keep us from realizing our true potential. Through meditation we can learn to quiet our mind and listen to our inner voice, which is not a voice at all, but a feeling of deep awareness and connectedness to the true vibrations of our higher self. As this awareness increases we will learn that these true vibrations of our higher self are actually not our higher self but the vibrations and realm of an even more basic understanding of universal and spiritual consciousness.

While weighing the benefits of meditation there can be no argument about the physical benefits you will receive from daily practice. The benefits of a more spiritual and mind expanding consciousness is hard to quantify because of the subjective nature of the person meditating. The benefits gained will be in direct proportion to the level of ones awareness and desire to reach their full potential. As we shed the years of destructive thinking and behavior there can be no doubt that you will begin the process of realizing your true spiritual self. With this realization comes the understanding of how limitless we truly are and the real work of meditation can begin.

6 Meditation Techniques

What Is The Astral Plane

The Astral Plane, sometimes referred to as “The Afterlife”, “The Beyond” and even “The Fourth Dimension” is commonly known as the place we will transition to after we pass from this physical plane. The astral plane really isn’t the fourth dimension when you take into consideration that the physical plane makes up the first three dimensions, which includes length, width and height. Time is considered to be the fourth dimension. So we will consider the astral plane as being the “Fifth Dimension” in an otherwise multi-dimensional universe.

The Lower Astral Planes are considered to be, for lack of a better word the “hells” and are inhabited by people who led a relatively dark, evil existence while in the physical world. There is a generally accepted belief system in place that a person will migrate to the plane where “like attracts like”. The inhabitants of the lower plane will continue to act in accordance with their previous earthly behaviors. Murderers will continue to murder and rapists will continue to rape. Of course it’s impossible to physically harm anyone here but the thought of spending eternity engaging in these ruthless acts of violence is hard to imagine. It’s also believed that eventually the inhabitants of this level can progress by learning their lessons and fully understanding the true and bitter pain they have caused and may return to the earthly plane to begin their progression back to the One Source.

The Mid Astral Planes are mainly comprised of decent people who have completed their most recent life in the physical plane. In accordance with the principle of “like attracts like” this plane is believed to be clean, pure and peaceful. Those that find themselves on the mid astral plane have progressed further along on the journey back to the One Source but still are very focused on the material things in the physical plane. They will find an environment that closely matches their experiences on the physical plane. It seems to be a common theme that the planes you arrive at resembles the nature of your existence on the physical plane because it would be too much of a shock to enter the inner astral planes or true spiritual worlds if you have not adequately progressed spiritually.

The Higher Astral Planes (Inner Astral Planes) are the planes where one has transcended the materialism of the physical planes. The setting here is idyllic, filled with all the splendor of a perfect harmonious day filled with love and joy. It has been described over the course of time as having a Heavenly type quality. This is thought to be the last stop on our way to the true spirit worlds and becoming reunited with the One Source. After having experienced these inner astral planes the next time the soul departs the physical plane there will be no desire to return to the lower planes and will want to leave behind all the past desires of materialism.

Regardless of what ones beliefs are you can draw a parallel with the astral planes as a way of progression on our journey back to the One Source or if you prefer God.

The first step to perfecting any type of energy movements such as awakening your psychic abilities or traversing the astral planes is to learn how to silence your mind and relax your body. I have been practicing energy movements for many years and if you haven’t been getting the results you are looking for than I recommend you try the following:

The Power Of Thinking Positive

Learning how to think positively takes conscious effort and the will and determination to succeed. If you’ve ever found yourself constantly stuck in negative thought patterns and expecting the worst outcome in most situations then you can be assured that you are attracting negative things into your life. This is a common mind-set that is difficult to change but the good news is that turning your negative outlook into a positive one just takes a little persistence until the positive thoughts take over.

There are a few things you can do to help you start forming positive thoughts and expectations. Try these on a daily basis and you will start to see some dramatic changes happen in your life.

1) You will need to start developing a level of self-awareness to recognize negative expectations. A problem with negative thoughts is that they often happen below your conscious level of awareness, and you get so used to them being in your head that you hardly notice them anymore. In order to turn the tide of negativity, you’ll have to develop a stronger level of self-awareness. One good way to start is by performing self-checks several times a day. Pay attention first to how you feel. If you’re feeling positive and productive, most likely you’ve been thinking positive thoughts.

The results of negative thinking can manifest feeling of irritability, pessimism and stress. If this is how you’re feeling then you’re probably focusing more on negative thoughts. When that happens:

2) Try and challenge and change the negative thoughts. Believe it or not, it’s fairly easy to change negative thoughts with a little willpower and concentration. If you find yourself feeling doubtful about your ability to finish your work on time, you can try a bit of self-talk like this: “Okay, so I’m feeling a bit worried right now, but really everything is okay. I’m strong, I’m smart and I’m capable of finishing my work on time. I’ll do my best and everything will work out fine.” Even though nothing may have changed in your outer circumstances, this type of self-talk can get you thinking and feeling more positive.

3) While you’re changing negative thoughts to positive, try and develop a general positive expectation habit. Each day when you wake up, affirm confidently, “Today is going to be a great day! Everything will go my way and I’ll enjoy plenty of positive opportunities and fun!”

You will encounter obstacles and problems. When this happens try and see them as opportunities to learn, grow and strengthen yourself. Our perception is 99% of the game! If you simply work on changing the way you look at all the experiences of your life, you will begin to conquer your negative thoughts and habits.

The more you begin to focus on changing your perspective and to emphasize the positive, the more you’ll empower yourself to create better opportunities in your life. Before you know it, you’ll be enjoying better and more frequent opportunities and attracting other like minded, successful people to connect with. You will begin to start manifesting everything you have always wanted. You are only limited to what you can conceive.

The Law Of Attraction

We know from quantum physics that everything in the entire universe is pure energy. The difference is in the unique vibration everything has inherent to itself. Quantum physics also accepts that energy is influenced by energy and like energy attracts in accordance with its true vibration. This is how the law of Attraction works throughout the universe. That which is in vibrational harmony will be attracted to each other.
A pair of tuning forks can demonstrate an example of this. If one tuning fork, placed at a distance from another tuning fork is struck thereby emitting a certain vibration, will in fact cause the other tuning fork to vibrate at the exact same frequency. This is a very simple example of how like energy with the same vibrational frequencies are attracted to each other.
Quantum Physics also describes quantum potential, describing how everything that exists now and ever will exist already exists at least at the quantum potential level. It is our observation, our focusing on something that will cause this potential to shift into reality.

Unless you are in perfect harmony and vibration with whatever you wish for, it will not manifest into your life. You must always expect to receive and never doubt for a single moment that you will get that which you desire. Your wishes must be fueled by desire and also expectation. By focusing our attention and genuinely desire something it will be given. All you have to do is put yourself in a total state of receiving and the Laws of Attraction will manifest the object of your wishes into your life.

You must also know that the Laws of Attraction works for the negative things also. If you constantly dwell on negative thoughts you will manifest those things into you life. If you expect the worst the universe will give that to you. It is not possible to be positive all the time; the best we can hope for is to give less emotion to the negative thoughts that arise. Accept the negative for what it is and then let it go. Be grateful for all you have in your life and try to live with love in your heart. This will allow the positive vibrations of peace and harmony to dominate your mind and soul and negate the control your negative thoughts have on creating your reality.

It is very important to try and maintain a high level of joy and harmony with your true divine nature and accordingly there is absolutely nothing that you cannot have or do.

You can increase your manifestations and attract anything you want into your life. The trick is knowing how to do it. It takes more than just positive thoughts and good intentions.
