Using Breathing Meditation To Help Your Manifestations

For something a little different lets take a look at how you can use the power of your breath to help with your manifesting. I have been very interested in meditation and manifestation so why not combine the two?
We all use breathing meditation every day in our lives. When you are over excited you learn to slow your breath to help you calm down. You’ve all heard someone say to “relax, breath slowly, calm down”. This is a form of breathing meditation.
How about when you get angry? “Take a deep breath and count to ten”. I know everybody has done this and for the most part it does work. Read the rest here
