Walking Meditation

When it comes to meditation most people think of a seated meditation in a quiet secluded spot. Well for most of us that is difficult to achieve. At best we may be able to find a few minutes a day where we can be alone and hope to not be disturbed while we try to meditate.
What if we could meditate while we were going about our daily activities? That would be an incredible way to spend some of our more mundane moments doing our daily chores.

One way we can meditate is while walking. Not only in a park or a forest but in a city also. This takes a little practice but the rewards are plenty. If nothing else you are learning to tune into your environment and can learn to fully enjoy your surroundings. Each moment can be a profound experience when we learn to be more aware and more conscious.

Sixth Sense Challenge

Sixth Sense Challenge

Have you ever felt someone was staring at you only to turn around and find that you were correct?

The British Journal of Psychology published a paper by researchers at Freiburg University which found that people could tell when they are being stared at. What sense are we using when we can physically feel someone looking at us? Sight or hearing? Touch, taste or smell?

None of our common five senses can tell us that.

Is the sixth sense the key to inner balance on every level of the human psyche? Can it be that we have forgotten a piece of ourselves through evolution that makes us complete? Is it the tool we will use to connect our brain to our mind?

It’s time to put your sixth sense to the test and try some of these fun experiments to see if you can begin to activate your sixth sense… and how strong you can get it.

First, a word about the programs…

There are many online “psychic” or “sixth sense” games and tests on the internet. Most are either so poorly programmed as to rely purely on random number generators, meaning you can never truly effect the outcome, or are meant for entertainment and marketing purposes.

We don’t recommend 99% of anything out there, simply for those reasons. They do not verify or enable exploration of the truth. That’s what we want. Hopefully, our purpose is pretty clear. We want to give you a crash course in shifting your consciousness and increasing your awareness. If you want more once we’re done, we have the most profound system available.

Right now, it’s not about that. It’s about giving you tools you can sink your teeth into that aren’t bubble gum nonsense.

The site you are going to isn’t affiliated with us in any way. It’s part of an early university experiment into whether or not retropsychokensis abilities exist. You can read about the background of the experiment, and how it works, on the site itself.

Basically, it doesn’t use a computer to create random generated numbers, rather it is created by decaying radioactive material. It’s complicated but an interesting read – if you’re so inclined.

If you aren’t… well, jump right into the games and just know that this is the best, most legitimate and valid system we’ve found in playing with the sixth sense on the Internet. If you can consistently alter the results of these games… you are doing the real thing!

Good luck and have fun!

Keep the pineal gland operating and you won’t grow old – You will always be young!

The pineal gland was called the “third eye” by ancient people. It was thought to have mystical powers. This may be why the French philosopher Descartes decided that the pineal gland was the seat of the human soul, the location of what we call the mind. The pineal does contain a complete map of the visual field of the eyes, and it plays several significant roles in human functioning.

Also called the pineal body or epiphysis cerebri, the pineal gland is important to this discussion for two reasons. First, it is the center for the production of the hormone melatonin. Melatonin is implicated in a wide range of human activities. It regulates daily body rhythms, most notably the day/night cycle (circadian rhythms).

Melatonin is released in the dark, during sleep. The recent melatonin craze sweeping through the health conscious community makes claims that the hormone slows the aging process (a defense against free radicals), prevents jet lag, is implicated in seasonal affective disorder, coordinates fertility, and allows for deep restful sleep patterns.

Melatonin is a very ancient hormone that is found throughout the animal kingdom. In reptiles and birds the pineal is close to the skin and needs no interaction with the eye to register day/night cycles (this is where the notion of the ‘third eye” comes from). In these animals, the pineal gland is the master clock. In mammals, however, the pineal gland is subordinate to the eye/SCN system. Light severely curtails the production of melatonin.

Melatonin has been shown to inhibit the growth and metastasis of some tumors in experimental animals, and may therefore play a role in cancer inhibition. Removal of the pineal gland and/or reduction in melatonin output have been implicated in the increased incidence of breast cancer in laboratory animals. Patients who have breast cancer have lower levels of melatonin in the blood. The hormone has also been shown to be protective against genetic damage, and it has a stimulatory effect on the immune system.

The anticancer role of melatonin in humans is not established yet, but in a study involving blind women, melatonin production was found to be higher at all times. This finding was associated with the finding that breast cancer in this study was correspondingly lower for these blind women compared to the general population.

The pineal gland has been implicated in a number of disorders including cancer, sexual dysfunction, hypertension, epilepsy, and Paget’s disease. The pineal gland calcifies with age and melatonin production correspondingly decreases. This decline in melatonin has been suggested to be a trigger for the aging process.

Environmental stresses affect pineal function, impacting overall body alertness, temperature levels, and hormone operation. Stresses that affect pineal function include unusual light and dark rhythms, radiation, magnetic fields, nutritional imbalances, temperature swings, high altitude, and overall daily stress patterns.

Melatonin, if any of these claims turn out to be substantial, is a powerful body chemical, with important implications for human functioning, especially (I would suggest) for blind and visually impaired individuals. If light inhibits melatonin production, then blind individuals lack a mechanism for balancing the melatonin levels in the blood.

Melatonin overload may be related to seasonal affective disorder, the depression some people feel during the overcast, short days of the winter months (when there is minimal sunlight). Are blind individuals more susceptible to depression because of a melatonin imbalance?

I’ve worked with enough blind children to know that their sleep patterns get all messed up. We usually tell parents that the reason is simply a lack of feedback about when day has set and night is here. We establish a routine for the blind students that replaces the natural rhythm. The role of melatonin may be important for these children. We may be able to help them sleep better and in a more balanced rhythm using medications to counter the excess melatonin in their blood streams. This is not an endorsement of drug therapy, only speculation as to whether its use would be helpful.

Studies do show that partially sighted eyes may still maintain subconscious awareness of light or its absence. For these people, the circadian rhythms established by the pineal gland are intact. For totally blind individuals, with no subconscious feedback to the pineal gland, there may be periods of severe insomnia, or they may fall asleep at unusual times (like during math class).

The second reason for interest in the pineal gland is that it contains magnetic material in birds and other animals. It is a center for navigation. This, of course, is important for blind individuals. If the pineal gland turns out to contain magnetic material in humans (researchers are looking), then it may be involved in navigational processing. Magnetic processing is subtle and may be part of the bodies unconscious navigational system. Mobility specialists are aware of this possibility, but we have yet to use it to train students.

Studies done mostly with birds strongly suggest that the pineal gland is a center for navigation. Scientists believe that the pineal body is a magnetoreceptor, capable of monitoring magnetic fields, and helping to align the body in space. Changing the direction of magnetic fields around the heads of birds alters their ability to orient.

Electromagnetic fields (EMF) suppress the activity of the pineal gland and reduce melatonin production. EMF activity therefore disrupts the bodies circadian rhythms.

In lower vertebrates, the pineal gland has an eye like structure and it functions as a light receptor. The pineal gland may be the evolutionary forerunner of the modern eye. It is located within the third ventricle. It is large in children, but shrinks at puberty. It appears to play a major role in sexual development, hibernation in animals, metabolism, and seasonal breeding. In humans it affects circadian rhythms, sleep patterns (melatonin levels increase at night), and is implicated in seasonal affective disorder. The abundant melatonin levels in children is believed to inhibit sexual development. When puberty arrives, melatonin production is reduced.

There is a pathway from the retinas to the hypothalamus called the retinohypothalamic tract. It brings information about light and dark cycles to a region of the hypothalamus called the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN). From the SCN, nerve impulses travel via the pineal nerve (sympathetic nervous system) to the pineal gland. These impulses inhibit the production of melatonin. When these impulses stop (at night, when light no longer stimulates the hypothalamus), pineal inhibition ceases and melatonin is released. The pineal gland is therefore a photosensitive organ and an important timekeeper for the human body.

Retinal research done with hamsters demonstrates another center for melatonin production. Located in the retina, this center implies that the eyes have their own built in circadian timepiece. This retinal system is distinct from the brains body clock in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN). Biologists found that they could throw the retinal rhythms out of sync with other circadian cycles. They also found that they could set and reset the retinal clock even when the SCN was destroyed.

The retinal clock produces (stimulates the production of?) melatonin. Researchers are now looking for the exact location (s) of this clock in the human eye (and expect to find it). No one yet knows what the separate clock is for or how it relates to the SCN. One thing is clear: there is a melatonin craze right now. People are taking regular doses of the hormone. There is a question whether or not regular doses of melatonin may damage the eye over time. Melatonin could affect the timing of hormone peaks in the eye. High retinal melatonin levels combined with exposure to bright light might cause retinal damage. This is speculation (a caution) at this time.

Is this REALLY proof that man can see into the future?

Do some of us avoid tragedy by foreseeing it? Some scientists now believe that the brain really CAN predict events before they happen
future

Professor Dick Bierman sits hunched over his computer in a darkened room. The gentle whirring of machinery can be heard faintly in the background.

He smiles and presses a grubby-looking red button.

In the next room, a patient slips slowly inside a hospital brain scanner. If it wasn’t for the strange smiles and grimaces that flicker across the woman’s face, you could be forgiven for thinking this was just a normal health check.

But this scanner is engaged in one of the most profound paranormal experiments of all time, one that may well prove whether or not it is possible to predict the future.

For the results – released exclusively to the Daily Mail – suggest that ordinary people really do have a sixth sense that can help them ‘see’ the future.

Such amazing studies – if verified – might help explain the predictive powers of mediums and a range of other psychic phenomena such Extra Sensory Perception, deja vu and clairvoyance. On a more mundane level, it may account for ‘gut feelings’ and instinct.

The man behind the experiments is certainly convinced. “We’re satisfied that people can sense the future before it happens,” says Professor Bierman, a psychologist at the University of Amsterdam.

“We’d now like to move on and see what kind of person is particularly good at it.”

And Bierman is not alone: his findings mirror the data gathered by other scientists and paranormal researchers both here and abroad.

Professor Brian Josephson, a Nobel Prize-winning physicist from Cambridge University, says: “So far, the evidence seems compelling. What seems to be happening is that information is coming from the future.

“In fact, it’s not clear in physics why you can’t see the future. In physics, you certainly cannot completely rule out this effect.”

Virtually all the great scientific formulae which explain how the world works allow information to flow backwards and forwards through time – they can work either way, regardless.

Shortly after 9/11, strange stories began circulating about the lucky few who had escaped the outrage.

It transpired that many of the survivors had changed their plans at the last minute after vague feelings of unease.

It was a subtle, gnawing feeling that ‘something’ was not right. Nobody vocalised it but shortly before the attacks, people started altering their plans out of an unspoken instinct.

One woman suffered crippling stomach pain while queuing for one of the ill-fated planes which flew into the World Trade Center.

She made her way to the lavatory only to recover spontaneously. She missed her flight but survived the day. Amid the collective outpouring of grief and horror it was easy to overlook such stories or write them off as coincidences.

But in fact, these kind of stories point to an interesting and deeper truth for those willing to look.

If, for example, fewer people decided to fly on aircraft that subsequently crashed, then that would suggest a subconscious ability to divine the future. Well, strange as it seems, that’s just what happens.

The aircraft which flew into the Twin Towers on 9/11 were unusually empty. All the hijacked planes were carrying only half the usual number of passengers. Perhaps one unusually empty plane could be explained away, but all four?

And it wasn’t just on 9/11 that people subconsciously seemed to avoid disaster. The scientist Ed Cox found that trains ‘destined’ to crash carried far fewer people than they did normally.

Dr Jessica Utts, a statistician at the University of California, found exactly the same bizarre effect.

If it was possible to divine the future, you might expect those at the sharp end, such as pilots, to have the most finely tuned instincts of all. And again, that’s just what you see.

When the Air France Concorde crashed in 2000, it wasn’t long before the colleagues of those killed in the crash spoke about a sense of foreboding that had gripped the crew and flight engineers before the accident.

Speaking anonymously to the French newspaper Le Parisien, one spoke of a ‘morbid expectation of an accident’.

“I had this sense that we were going to bump into the scenery,” he said.

“The atmosphere on the Concorde team for the last few months, if one has the guts to admit it, had been one of morbid expectation of an accident. It was as if I was waiting for something to happen.”

All of these stories suggest that we can pick up premonitions of events that are yet to be.

Although these premonitions are not in glorious Technicolor, they are often emotionally powerful enough for us to act upon them.

In technical parlance it is known as ‘presentiment’ because emotional feelings are being received from the future, not hard facts or information.

The military has long been fascinated by such phenomena. For many years the US military (and latterly the CIA) funded a secretive programme known as Stargate, which set out to investigate premonitions and the ability of mediums to predict the future.

Dr Dean Radin worked on the Stargate programme and became fascinated by the ability of ‘lucky’ soldiers to forecast the future.

These are the ones who survived battles against seemingly impossible odds. Radin became convinced that thoughts and feelings – and occasionally-actual glimpses of the future – could flow backwards in time to guide soldiers.

It helped them make life-saving decisions, often on the basis of a hunch.

He devised an experiment to test these ideas. He hooked up volunteers to a modified lie detector, which measured an electrical current across the surface of the skin.

This current changes when a person reacts to an event such as seeing an extremely violent picture or video. It’s the electrical equivalent of a wince.

Radin showed sexually explicit, violent or soothing images to volunteers in a random sequence determined by computer.

And he soon discovered that people began reacting to the pictures before they saw them. It was unmistakable. They began to ‘wince’ a few seconds before they actually saw the image.

And it happened time and time again, way beyond what chance alone would allow.

So impressive were Radin’s results that Dr Kary Mullis, a Nobel Prizewinning chemist, took an interest. He was hooked up to Radin’s machine and shown the emotionally charged images.

“It’s spooky,” he says “I could see about three seconds into the future. You shouldn’t be able to do that.”

Other researchers from around the world, from Edinburgh University to Cornell in the US, rushed to duplicate Radin’s experiment and improve on it. And they got similar results.

It was soon discovered that gamblers began reacting subconsciously shortly before they won or lost. The same effect was seen in those terrified of animals, moments before they were shown the creatures.

The odds against all of these trials being wrong are literally millions to one against.

Professor Dick Bierman decided to take this work even further. He is a psychologist who has become convinced that time as we understand it is an illusion. He could see no reason why people could not see into the future just as easily as we dip into memories of our past.

He’s in good company. Einstein described the distinction between the past, present and future as ‘a stubbornly persistent illusion’.

To prove Einstein’s point, Bierman looked inside the brains of volunteers using a hospital MRI scanner while he repeated Dr Radin’s experiments.

These scanners show which parts of the brain are active when we do certain tasks or experience specific emotions.

Although extremely complex, and with each analysis taking weeks of computing time, he has run the experiments twice involving more than 20 volunteers.

And the results suggest quite clearly that seemingly ordinary people are capable of sensing the future on a fairly consistent basis. Bierman emphasises that people are receiving feelings from the future rather than specific ‘visions’.

It’s clear, though, that if ordinary people can receive feelings from the future then perhaps the especially gifted may receive visions of things yet to be.

It’s also clear that many paranormal phenomena such as ESP and clairvoyance could have their roots in presentiment.

After all, if you can see a few seconds into the future, why not a few days or even years? And surely if you could look through time, why not across great distances? It’s a concept that ties the mind in knots, unless you’re a physicist.

“I believe that we can ‘sense’ the future,” says the Nobel Prizewinning physicist Brian Josephson.

“We just haven’t yet established the mechanism allowing it to happen.

“People have had so called ‘paranormal’ or ‘transcendental’ experiences along these lines. Bierman’s work is another piece of the jigsaw. The fact that we don’t understand something does not mean that it doesn’t happen.’

If we are all regularly sensing the future or occasionally receiving glimpses of it, as some mediums claim to do, then doesn’t that mean we can change the future and render the ‘prediction’ obsolete?

Or perhaps we were meant to receive the premonition and act upon it? Such paradoxes could go on for ever, providing a rich seam of material for films such as Minority Report – based on a short story of the same name – in which a special police department is able to foresee and prevent crimes before they have even taken place.

Could such science fiction have a grain of truth in it after all? The emerging view, Bierman explains, is that ‘the future has implications for the past’.

“This phenomena allows you to make a decision on the basis of what will happen in the future. Does that restrain our free will? That’s up to the philosophers. I’m far too shallow a person to worry about that.”

The problem with presentiment is that it appears so nebulous that you can’t rely on it to make reliable decisions. That may be the case, but there are plenty of instances where people wished they had listened to their premonitions or feelings of presentiment.

One of the saddest involves the Aberfan disaster. This occurred in 1966 when a coal tip collapsed and swept through a Welsh school killing 144 people, including 116 children. It turned out that 24 people had received premonitions of the tragedy.

One involved a little girl who was killed. She told her mother shortly before she was taken to school: “I dreamed I went to school and there was no school there. Something black had come down all over it.”

So should we listen to our instincts, hunches and dreams? Some experts believe we may already be using them in our everyday lives to a surprising degree.

Dr Jessica Utts at the University of California, who has worked for the US military and CIA as an independent auditor of its paranormal research, believes we are constantly sampling the future and using the knowledge to help us make better decisions.

“I think we’re doing it all the time,” she says. “We’ve looked at the data and it does seem to happen.”

So perhaps the Queen in Through The Looking Glass was right: “It’s a poor sort of memory that only works backwards.”

Practice Seeing the Human Aura

Discover how to see the human aura with as little as five minutes of training. You will find out how people can unwittingly restrict their power to visualize an aura because of their expectations. Discover how with a bit of exercise and perseverance one can expose a totally new world of perception and sensory!

How often have we listened to people discuss auras? This is the energy field that covers the physical body. A lot of folks understand the construct but fewer ever see one. Most people presume that the only one’s that see them are alleged psychics and mediums. What if they were experienced on a more day-to-day basis than anyone imagined? What if everyday people like you and I could see them in as little as five to ten minutes of effort. What if each day people saw them quite frequently, but disregarded them because they believed it was an illusion of the light or that it wasn’t an intense enough visual cue to be an aura?

Here is a method one can use to visualize the basic human aura, and is something that anybody with an unobstructed psyche can accomplish. The initial matter we need to realize is that to begin with one isn’t going to see a dense colorized, luminous field of energy. You are going to see a shadowy milky outline around the head and shoulders about two to three inches off of the body. This outline may even appear somewhat see-through and moderately vague.
We have all seen the 3-D paintings in the mall before. You know the one’s that you’ve got to gaze at, relax your eyes and then suddenly, bam, what was concealed is now visible. Envisioning auras is very much the same formula!

All you need to get going is a willing collaborator and a blank wall.

1. Have your partner stand up against a white wall or dark one. Either one is accept able, however, the plainer the background the easier to see.

2. Stand about seven to nine feet away from the person against the wall. Blink your eyes a couple of times and try and relax them. The object is not to strain by focusing on any specific spot.

3. What you want to do is to concentrate on the person’s head, someplace between the bridge of the nose and the top of their hairline. You want to concentrate your primary vision there but use your peripheral vision to see around the head and shoulders.

If you’ve been able to relax your eyes enough what you will see will be very subtle. At first you might even ignore this as being an illusion of the light or your eyes. What the basic misconception is is that when one sees an aura it’s this mysterious field of energy radiating out four feet from the body with multi-colored textures undulating inside it. This is an unrealistic expectation for the undisciplined mind. Before you ran you had to learn to walk.

To begin with it is perfectly satisfactory to only see a vague white outline. With practice and a crystal clear mind one can improve their outcomes and reap a more detailed sighting of the aura. Be tolerant with yourself. With only a little amount of exercise you will be capable of seeing basic auras around all kinds of living and inanimate objects.

The secret is to not to anticipate too much right away! Unwarranted expectation is usually what ruins the experiences people have. It induces them to either not acknowledge what they’re encountering, or to presume they must not be seeing anything because they are anticipating a more unusual vision. Once again, the key to unlocking this extra sensory vision is having a realistic expectation. These three easy measures could be a beginning towards uncovering a world shrouded from your eyes, and perhaps one wondrous step towards a more magical world!

More on the Human Aura

Shadow People, Ghosts, Aliens or Inter Dimensional Beings

Did you see that dark, fleeting shape out of the corner of your eye? Perhaps you caught a glimpse of a strange entity that is being seen with greater regularity around the world. “What was that?” You were sitting comfortably on your sofa reading the latest issue of Fortean Times in the dim light when movement across the room caught your attention. It seemed dark and shadowy, but there was nothing there. You returned to your reading – and a moment later there it was again. You looked up quickly this time and saw the fleeting but distinctly human shape of the shadow pass quickly over the far wall… and disappear.

Shadow Being

Shadow Being

What was that? Some natural shadow? Your heightened imagination? A ghost? Or was it something that seems to be a spreading phenomenon – apparitions that are coming to be known as “shadow people” or “shadow beings.” Perhaps this is an old phenomenon with a new name that is now being discussed more openly, in part thanks to the Internet. Or maybe it’s a phenomenon that, for some reason, is manifesting with greater frequency and intensity now.

Those who are experiencing and studying the shadow people phenomenon say that these entities almost always used to be seen out of the corner of the eye and very briefly. But more and more, people are beginning to see them straight on and for longer periods of time. Some experiencers testify that they have even seen eyes, usually red, on these shadow beings.

The mysterious sightings have become a hot topic of conversation in paranormal chat rooms, message boards and websites, and it was given widespread attention on The Art Bell talk radio show. Art’s listeners even submitted their drawings of how they perceived these beings, and they can be seen in a haunting gallery on Art’s site.

What are shadow people and where do they come from? Several theories have been offered.

The Imagination
The explanation we get from skeptics and mainstream science – and who are usually people who have never experienced the shadow people phenomenon – is that it is nothing more than the active human imagination. It’s our minds playing tricks on us… our eyes seeing things in a fraction of a second that aren’t really there – illusions… real shadows caused by passing auto headlights, or some similar explanation. And without a doubt, these explanations probably can account for some if not many experiences. The human eye and mind are easily fooled. But can they account for all cases?

Ghosts
To call these entities ghosts demands first a definition of what we mean by ghosts. (See the article: “Ghosts: What Are They?”) But by almost any definition, shadow people are somewhat different than ghost phenomena. Whereas ghost apparitions are almost always a misty white, vaporish or have a decidedly human form and appearance (very often with discernable “clothing”), shadow beings are much darker and more shadow-like. In general, although the shadow people often do have a human outline or shape, because they are dark, the details of their appearance is lacking. This is in contrast to many ghost sightings in which the witness can describe the ghost’s facial features, style of clothing and other details. The one detail most often noted in some shadow being sightings are their glowing red eyes.

Demons or Other Spirit Entities
The dark countenance and malevolent feelings that are often reported in association with these creatures has led some researchers to speculate that they may be demonic in nature. If they are demons, we have to wonder what their purpose or intent is in letting themselves be seen in this manner. Is it merely to frighten?

Astral Bodies
One interesting idea suggests that shadow people are the shadows or essences of people who are having out-of-body experiences. According to Jerry Gross, an author, lecturer and teacher about astral travel, we all travel out of the body when we are asleep. Perhaps, this theory says, we are seeing the ephemeral astral bodies of these twilight travelers.

Time Travelers
People from our own future, another idea states, could have found the means to travel to the past – our time. However they are able to accomplish this incredible feat, perhaps in that state they appear to us merely as passing shadows as they observe the events of our timeline.

Inter dimensional Beings
Even mainstream science is fairly convinced that there are dimensions other than the three we inhabit. And if these other dimensions exist, who or what (if anything) inhabits them? Some theorists say that these dimensions exist parallel and very close to our own, although invisible to us. And if there are inhabitants in these other dimensions, it is possible that they have found a way to intrude on our dimension and become, at least partially, visible? If so, they could very well appear as shadows. It has long been held by psychics and other sensitives that beings on other planes of existence are of different “vibrations.” Science is beginning to look at reality, on a quantum level, in the same way – that particles of the smallest size exist as vibrations. Perhaps, some theorize, the vibrations of our existence are beginning to mesh with those of another dimension, which accounts for the increase in such phenomena as ghosts, shadow people and possibly aliens.

Aliens
The alien and abduction phenomena are so bizarre that it’s no surprise that extraterrestrials are suspects as the shadow people.  Abductees have reported in many cases that the alien grays seem to be able to pass through walls and closed windows, and to appear and disappear abruptly, among other otherworldly talents. Perhaps, too, they can go about their alien agenda disguised in the shadows.

There’s a good deal of overlapping among the above ideas, of course. Aliens and ghosts could be inter dimensional beings, or aliens could be time travelers – and some believe demons are responsible for all of these disturbing phenomena.

There is no way to prove or disprove any theories about a phenomenon that is so mysterious, that happens so quickly and without warning. Science finds it virtually impossible to catalog or study such phenomena in any methodical way. All we can do, at present, is to document personal experiences and try to piece together what the shadow people phenomenon might be. Perhaps it’s an old mystery becoming more recognizable… perhaps it represents a doorway to and from different planes of existence… or perhaps it’s just shadows.

Handbook Of The Navigator Warning

The information you are about to reveal to yourself should be considered very serious in nature. It will systematically challenge you mentally, emotionally and at times even physically fatigue you. The Higher Balance material is considered one of the most powerful metaphysical and spiritual teachings accessible to mankind. Please proceed with caution, reflect within yourself and determine if you are truly ready for such progress.

If you continue, No doubt you will have reservations believing these statements and assume it is a marketing ploy, you would be somewhat correct in both assumptions, although none the less everything here stated is the truth.

If you are a mere curiosity seeker then stop here for this knowledge is not for you. This material is reaching out to persons, who are searching out a hidden knowledge, have felt a calling within their being their entire life. Have already researched and study numerous religions, philosophies, paranormal, metaphysical and meditation systems and determined them not adequate for what their needs warrant.

They feel an infinity with the Universe that is unshakable. Even words attempting to describe the passion they feel shadow its truest meaning. “The Force, God or The One” are words barely capable of holding their most inner thoughts. They seek not religion, but truth and purpose.

Again I give you this warning. Simply reflecting on the material will shape and change your destiny, do not read forward if you desire to remain in the place that you are now.

In one full moment of reflection regarding the knowledge I propose you will no longer be able to return to the person you are but rather you will begin to become the person you have always desired to be.

Assuming you have decided to move forward with the material you should be prepared and understand that the knowledge will reach into your deeper memories and awaken them. Ancient memories will slowly surface and wrestles with the things you have come to believe. Over time and deep reflection, only then you will see that there are fantastical energies and living consciousness all around you and you will understand that they are accessible to those who can fully understand them.

The first place to begin on your journey is “The Hand Book of the Navigator” This is no ordinary book, and it will not only give you great and wondrous incites but it will lead you to the tools and techniques that will free you from an invisible and unknowable chain that has bound to you in this world. It will lift the veil from that which is hidden from you. Once you have this sight, you will never see things the same way again and you will have truly begun to empower yourself.

I say once more. Be warned, for you cannot un-know what which you have learned.

This knowledge is alive and it is evasive. Withdrawing from those that should not hold it within their mind. It belongs to only a few and it constantly seeks them out to be united.

You are about to learn sacred knowledge that has remained hidden for centuries by monks and mystics throughout the ages. Secrets that many of this realm would prefer to have stayed hidden. Once you understand the nature of the veil and move it to one side the wonders of other worlds will become known to you. How much you will learn and experience will depend on how much your true mind can carry.

Some advice, The slower you read the faster you will move. Contemplate, reflect and internalize the truths it reveals for each is a piece to whole that makes a larger piece. Do not assume anything for assumption can be blinding.

Some may fear that the knowledge, the secrets contained in this book may fall in the wrong hands. Fear not as I have said already it is alive and dances to distraction for the mind that does not belong cannot cradle such things, it simply will spill over.

If these words find themselves to you look within and ask “Am I ready for a journey?” If you hear yes, then step forward with the feet of your mind and look high and far for you leave this world never to see it the same way again once you return. If you hear no then rest this book to the side so another seeker my find it.

The stronger your quest, the greater the defiant will arise in your life and discourage you from setting out upon your journey. I ask you now, how many times have you desired for your awakening, how many times have you let it be taken from your hands freely without a fight?

Trust your own navigator to discern this truth and listen not to the bitter and arrogant who would miss direct you on your path. Listen to your navigator and it will set you free.

Once it is alive within you, seek out the rest of the garden so that your seeds my flourish and grow to feed the navigators that follow behind you.
